This page details most of the cafes locally that are used on AVC club runs. This page is still work in progress, over time links to the Strava routes that are used will be added. Where there is a link to the Strava route you can then visit this route on Strava and either 'star' the route or duplicate it, both options then save it to your route library in Strava. You can then export/download the route for your Garmin/computer or use the route in the Strava phone app as you ride. For a map of all cafes both locally and in the UK have a look at the Cafe Network Map

The routes are categorised by direction from Ampthill, this will help you plan a route based on wind conditions if you wish to come home with a tail wind!

Each route is tagged with a distance marker where

Use the quick links at the to jump to a direction and use the tags on the right sidebar to filter for a particular direction or ride length you're interested in.
